Nice hardcover book for your camera library. Photos tell the shutter speed, aperture, lens, tripod use etc. Those new to macro photography will love this book. Covers every possible situation for the macro lovers out there.

I am new to the photography hobby. Nature being Birds, Insects and Flowers are my primary targets. This book has given me advice that helped create some great shots that I otherwise would never have been able to get. The book also gives guides as to what equipment will help you meet you goals.

Buen y serio trabajo con algunas fotos realmente magnificas. Profundiza mas que otras obras similares en aspectos técnicos sin olvidar darle también ese leve toque tecnico a aquellos capitulos que tratan temas mas basicos e introductorios. Resulta facil y agradable de leer al no tratarse de de un tratado cientifico-técnico sobre macrofotografia. Interesante y recomendable para aficionados y amateurs.

The techniques discussed in this book usually involve the use of specialized lighting and accessory equipment. If you want to be able to produce some of the finer images in the book, you will need to be prepared to have much more than just your camera, proper settings and technique. Very good book if you want to know what to buy for the projects you are doing.
